Why We Started

GNBNNY started as a joke.

Spend any time in the firearms space and you’ve heard the term “gun bunny.” Get called one yourself, and you already know exactly what people mean by it.

So our running joke became our mantra.

Not a gun bunny.

GNBNNY is that joke turned into a brand. It’s our way of taking the term back. We’re here to learn, train, and actually understand what we’re doing, not to pose with gear or chase an aesthetic. We’re civilians with lives outside the range: we train when we can, ask questions, make mistakes, and keep getting better.

No ego. No grifts. No pretending.

GNBNNY is for people who take this seriously, but not too seriously. People who care about skill, safety, and being prepared, without needing to act like an operator or a walking Instagram ad.

We’re starting with simple merch that feels premium, and we plan to grow from here. Down the road, that means clothing, gear, and eventually pieces made specifically for women.

Why We Started

GNBNNY started as a joke.

If you’ve spent any time online in the firearms space, you’ve probably heard the term “gun bunny.” And if you’ve been labeled one, you definitely know what people usually mean by it.

So our running joke and mantra became “not a gun bunny.”

GNBNNY is that joke turned into a brand.

It’s a way of embracing the term "gun bunny". We are here to learn, train, and actually understand what we are doing, not just pose with gear or chase aesthetics. We are civilians. We have a life outside of shooting. We train when I can, ask questions, make mistakes, and try to get better.

No cosplay. No ego. No pretending.

GNBNNY exists for people who take this seriously but also not too seriously. People who care about skills, laws, responsibility, and being prepared without needing to act like an operator or a walking Instagram ad.

It’s relaxed. It’s honest. And it doesn’t take itself too seriously.

We are starting with simple but premium feeling merch and hope to grow this brand into so much more, including clothing and gear (including some specifically made for women) down the road as we grow.
